Applications:

Koike Brand Welding Positioners:
LD-300R (On the left) capable of rotating 661lb weldments with table in horizontal position and can hold up to 440lbs with table in vertical position.
LD-60R (On the right) Capable of rotating smaller weldments in the horizontal and vertical positions. Works great for smaller pipe joint connections, inlet to pipe connections, and other small assemblies.
The motors of these units allow the welder to dial them down to just the right speed to achieve an almost robotic consistency in the welds.
